Monthly Meeting of ACEC/MA Transportation Agencies Liaison Committee (TALC)

Guests: MassDOT Highway's Mike O’Dowd, Frank Welch, Murthy Kolla, Brian Kelleher to train ACEC/MA on the responsibilities of Preliminary Designer on Design-Build projects after the actual Design-Build team has been selected. They will discuss MassDOT’s needs and expectations. This will benefit both firms that currently serve as Preliminary Designers as well as firms that are interested in this work for future DB projects.

In-person attendance is limited to 2 people per ACEC/MA Member firm for this TALC meeting. Please determine which employees will attend in person before anyone from the firm registers.

You can register to attend in person at CDM Smith until in-person registration is full at 80 people or by December 11, whichever comes first.

CDM Smith employees should not sign up online, but should contact Isabel Harlan, CDM Smith’s key TALC contact for this meeting, as she will track in person attendance from the firm.

This meeting will also be on Zoom, which will be sent to all ACEC/MA TALC participants. All ACEC/MA TALC participants will be able to attend on Zoom without limitation.
